This Privacy Policy describes how WYMZY INDUSTRIES LLC ("WYMZY," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Muscadine ("the Service"), operated at muscadine.wymzy.ai.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

Name, email address, and a hashed password.

Files You Upload

Files, photos, and documents you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2. We store file metadata (name, size, type) and generate presigned URLs for secure access. Files are accessible only through share links you create.

Gallery & Share Data

Gallery names, descriptions, access settings (passwords, expiration dates), and basic view/download analytics.

Payment Information

Processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the Service — store and deliver your files, create galleries, generate share links
• Process payments — manage subscription billing through Stripe
• Analytics — show you view and download counts for your galleries
• AI features — on the AI plan, file content may be sent to Anthropic Claude for auto-tagging and descriptions. Content is not used for model training.

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data.

4. Shared Galleries & Recipient Privacy

When you share a gallery, recipients can view and download files without creating an account. We collect minimal analytics (view count) but do not track, fingerprint, or identify gallery recipients.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your files and account data are retained while your account is active. On account deletion, all files are permanently removed from R2 within 30 days.

6. Security

• All data in transit encrypted via TLS/HTTPS
• Files accessed via presigned URLs with short expiration
• Passwords hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds)
• Gallery passwords hashed separately
